Across Europe, countless aspiring entrepreneurs are sitting on innovative concepts—solutions that could reshape industries, solve pressing challenges, or even define entirely new markets. But turning an idea into a real business? That’s where things get tricky.

This is exactly where the EIT Digital Venture Incubation Program 2025 steps in.

How it works!

Aimed at helping Europe’s most promising early-stage tech founders move from concept to company, this fully online programme is more than just a course; it’s a launchpad for the next generation of deep tech ventures.

The programme unfolds in two stages:

• The SpeedLauncher: a 12-week, hands-on incubation phase where selected teams work through problem validation, customer discovery, and entrepreneurial skill-building. Think of it as a fast-paced masterclass in turning ideas into structured ventures.
• Pre-Acceleration phase: Teams that complete the first phase receive a €5,000 Growth Package Prize, expert mentoring, and access to a European-wide innovation network. The goal? To help founders finalise their MVP and get ready to pitch to investors.

The journey culminates in Demo Day, where selected teams pitch their ventures to a panel of investors, corporates, and ecosystem players. For standout teams, there’s up to €15,000 in additional financial support on the line—and the chance to plug into EIT Digital’s extensive pan-European network of mentors and innovation partners.

Who’s it for?

The EIT Digital Venture Incubation programme is open to individuals and teams based in EU27 countries as well as Ukraine, Turkey, Serbia, Montenegro, and North Macedonia.

Additional eligibility requirements:

• Only ventures founded after 1 January 2024 are eligible.
• Only one application per team is allowed.
• Multidisciplinary teams with both technology and business skills are encouraged.
• Participation from Regional Innovation Scheme (RIS) countries and gender-balanced teams will be positively evaluated.

1. Read the Rules & Regulations: Make sure you understand the eligibility criteria and programme structure.
2. Complete the application form: Visit the Application Page, select your country, describe your team and idea, and upload your pitch deck.
3. Submit your application by 18 June 2025.
